Are group rates available?

What is the VIP code policy?

VIP codes cannot be combined with additional discounts. VIP codes are not applicable on previously invoiced registrations.

How do members of the press register?

What is the cancellation policy?

Attendee cancellations received in writing on or before January 24, 2020 are fully refundable. No refunds allowed after January 24, 2020. Substitutions are allowed provided Event Management is notified. All cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing. Requests for refunds will be subject to a $95 processing fee. *This does not apply to sponsorship cancellations.

What is the substitution policy?

Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of the 2018 Connected Plant Conference; however, printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to Event Management at [email protected] or [email protected].
